Because this resort often sells out months in advance, we have set aside a special room block for our guests. But in order to ensure that you can be a part of our wedding celebration, there are a few important deadline dates that we ask you take note of:































If you are planning to attend our celebration, we kindly urge you to not wait until the last minute and make your reservations as soon as possible so we can plan our events accordingly. While we have set aside 25 rooms at the resort for our group block, there are only a few rooms in each category available. So to book the room category that you want, it's best to contact our travel coordinator MarieSam Sanchez at Mariesam@wrighttravelagency.com and make your reservations as early as possible.

IMPORTANT DEADLINE DATES

THERE ARE 4 REQUIRED PAYMENT DEADLINES
(SEPTEMBER 20, NOVEMBER 20, JANUARY 20 AND FEBRUARY 20)

WHEN YOU SUBMIT YOUR RESERVATION REQUEST, THE DEPOSIT PAYMENT IS DUE WITHIN 3 DAYS OF YOUR INVOICE BEING SENT TO YOU, OTHERWISE THE RESERVATION WILL AUTO-CANCEL IN OUR SYSTEM.
PLEASE NOTE, THE FIRST DEPOSIT IS $300 BUT IF YOU ADD TRAVEL INSURANCE OR FLIGHTS, THAT AMOUNT WILL INCREASE. 

- ALL INITIAL ROOM RESERVATIONS SHOULD BE COMPLETED BY SEPTEMBER 20, 2024. 

- THE SECOND DEPOSIT OF 25% ON THE TOTAL ROOM RESERVATION BALANCE IS DUE ON NOVEMBER 20, 2024.

- THE THIRD DEPOSIT OF 25% ON THE TOTAL ROOM RESERVATION BALANCE IS DUE ON JANUARY 20, 2025.

- THE FOURTH DEPOSIT (ALL REMAINING BALANCES) ON THE TOTAL ROOM RESERVATION IS DUE ON FEBRUARY 20, 2025.

YOU MAY ESCALATE PAYMENTS OR MAKE PAYMENTS MORE FREQUENTLY IF YOU DESIRE.

IMPORTANT: A PENALTY OF $50 PER PERSON IS ENFORCED ON LATE PAYMENTS.
