IMPORTANT: ANY RESERVATION MADE WITHOUT INSURANCE IS COMPLETELY NON-REFUNDABLE AND ANY CHANGES TO EXISTING RESERVATIONS WILL INCUR FEES.

We strongly suggest that all travelers purchase travel protection insurance. Travel Insurance is not included in the room rates listed above.

There are only a certain number of rooms available in each category and they are available on a first come, first serve basis. If you are interested in a particular room category, we highly encourage you to book your reservation as soon as possible. 

If you would like to upgrade to a different room category (not listed above) you have the option to do so based on availability, all you need to do is let MarieSam know the upgraded room category you are interested in when you contact her.

What is NOT Included in Price?
Airfare. You are responsible for reserving your own flights. If you'd like to include flights in your reservation, please let our travel agent MarieSam know when you contact her.

Trip Insurance (Prices Below): We highly recommend getting insurance but you have the option to decline when filling out the room reservation form. Travel protection can only be added at the time of booking. But please note, all reservations made without travel insurance are non-refundable.

PASSPORT REQUIREMENTS
Please note that up to date passports are necessary for all travelers and all existing passports must be good for the entire duration of your stay per current U.S. regulations. The earlier you get your passport the cheaper it is. We encourage you to secure your passport ASAP. For more information on obtaining a passport visit the The U.S. Department of State page here.

Passport books are required -- a passport card is not sufficient for air travel to Mexico.

FLIGHTS
All flights should arrive and depart from Cancun International Airport. When you book your room through MarieSam, airport transfers to and from Secrets Playa Blanca Costa Mujeres are included. Kindly note, the transfer from the airport to the resort is approximately 35 minutes.

HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS
We have reserved a block of discounted rooms (minimum 3-night stay) at our all-inclusive resort about 10 miles south of Cancun International Airport (CUN). Our travel coordinator, MarieSam, will be your go-to for booking a room. **We kindly ask that you DO NOT book rooms directly through the hotel or on an online travel websites as they will be more expensive for you BUT also because your reservation made through the group block will help secure special amenities and perks for our group.** Also, please note that guests must stay at our host hotel to attend our wedding celebration. 

There is no additional cost to book your lodging through MarieSam. She'll make your room and transfer arrangements to provide the best travel value available! 

Reservation Cancellation Policy

* PLEASE NOTE: ANY HOTEL ONLY RESERVATION MADE WITHOUT TRAVEL PROTECTION IS NON-REFUNDABLE. 

If you did not purchase the travel insurance and have to cancel your reservation, any monies paid are non-refundable and you are responsible for a $75 per person cancellation fee.

If you purchased the travel insurance and have to cancel you will be refunded the amount according to the travel insurance guidelines minus the cost of the insurance. The $75 cancellation will not apply to you.

Once a reservation is booked there is a $75 per person cancellation fee with no regard to the reason for the cancellation. This cancellation fee also applies to all cancellations that result in a re-booking.

Any changes made to your booking after the final payment due date will be subject to a $50 per person change fee. Any changes requested after the balance due date must be paid for in full upfront even before they are confirmed.
